HAYMAN’S | Sky Spirits

In 1863 James Burrough, one of the greatest connoisseurs of the time, bought
John Taylor & Sons along with a range of Gin and Liqueurs produced by the company at the time.

Several years after 1950, Neville Hayman joined the distillery team representing his wife Marjorie, who was the granddaughter of James Burrough. He helped reorganize the company in order to keep it alive after World War II.

In 1969 the son, Christopher Hayman, stayed with the company and a little later in 1977
is responsible for the distillation and production of Beefeater Gin. In 1987 the
company was sold and a little later in 1999 Christopher Hayman bought the company again
James Burrough FAD, and the company is renamed Hayman.

Hayman’s is currently exported to over 30 countries worldwide!

HAYMAN'S LONDON DRY GIN

Hayman’s London Dry is a double gold award-winning gin due to a 10-herb family recipe.

The herbs are left in the wheat distillate for a whole day before distillation, and all the aromas enter the distillate. Thus
a balance is created between juniper,
coriander, lemon and peel
orange, which is the most important
piece for the creation of a traditional
London Dry.

HAYMAN'S OLD TOM GIN

Intensely botanical and aromatic, Hayman’s Old Tom is a family recipe from the 1870s, based on English heritage.

With strong herbal characteristics and a slight sweetness, Hayman’s Old Tom is softer than Dry Gins.

HAYMAN'S SLOE GIN

Hayman Sloe Gin is a traditional English liqueur made with a family recipe. Wild berries and a species of wild plum are harvested in autumn after the first frosts. Early frosts lock in the sugar notes in the plum that define Hayman Sloe Gin, which are left for a few months in the gin. The final blend is an intense red liqueur that exudes intense bitter and sweet fruit flavors.

Gently Rested Gin is extremely smooth,
round and balanced, with peppery and spicy notes from the dominant herbs,
juniper and coriander, adding a
character full of flavor.

This gin is aged in scotch whiskey barrels for 3 weeks.
