Its Creation

The idea was born in 2020 in the lush south of Japan, inside a traditional izakaya, where the delightful mix of sake & yuzu stole the show. The result is a light, refreshing, and aromatic drink with 10% alcohol, ideal for any occasion.

Serving

Serve neat, with tonic or Prosecco, or use as a base for refreshing cocktails. It pairs wonderfully before or after meals, as well as alongside fresh & aromatic flavors.
