White Penja is harvested when it has matured in the Moungo region of Cameroon.The volcanic soils of Penja give the white pepper fresh aromas of menthol and camphor.

Timur Berry comes from Nepal. With its fresh and citrusy notes, many call it the pepper of grapefruit.
