The first MONIN Lab Workshop was held with great success, on November 26th, inaugurating a new era for the creative community of bartenders and chefs. This action was inaugurated by the renowned professional Mr. George Kavaklis with his own workshop on “Creativity through consistency”.
George, active in the catering sector, founded the Spoiled Cocktail Bar and Barro Negro Athens, combining innovation with a passion for Mexican culture. The participants of the seminars had the opportunity to learn from one of the leaders in the field, living an experience full of inspiration, knowledge and creativity. The workshop took place at The Sky Spirits’ unique Showroom & Lab.
What followed:
- Presentation on how to achieve the stability of preparations with MONIN & Paragon products.
- Explanation for maintaining control over the costing of cocktail preparations in our bar.
- Presentation of techniques and flavor profile of preparations per season with MONIN products.
- Preparation test with a carbonation technique based on Paragon Vetiver Cordial.
