BarSol Supremo Mosto Verde Italia is a traditional grape distillate and is the epitome of the range. Made exclusively from selected grapes from the Ica Valley. Tastefully it is a harmony of aromas of wild freshly picked fruits and citrus fruits. It is the ultimate harmony in delicate taste and texture, particularly soft in aftertaste, and absolutely elegant. Ideal for pistachio cocktails such as Pisco Sour and Pisco Punch.

With 27 awards in its collection, Barsol Pisco is one of the most flavorful and aromatic pistachios on the market. In 2002, Carlos Ferreyros S. and Diego Loret de Mola bought the Bodega San Isidro estate. The distillery that was located inside the estate had a history in the preparation of pistachio. The new owners managed to maintain the tradition, distilling excellent monovarietal pistachios! Neither water nor any other ingredient is added after distillation, which makes it particularly clean, clear and mild. The name is inspired by the producers’ commitment to meeting the needs of BARs by offering them a distillate made under the SOL sun.
