Palate: Very balanced, with nice acidity and sweetness.
It goes great with tarts, with foia gras.
We are in Bordeaux and more specifically in the village of Escoussans which is very close to Cadillac. The well-known Chateau has already built its reputation in the production of great white wines from the indigenous Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc varieties, but also in the creation of rich, delicious and robust red wines.
