Compass Box Brulee Royale

Inspired by 17th-century French chef François Massialot and his history of transforming natural sugars into exquisite delicacies with increasingly sophisticated techniques, this limited edition features single malts matured in special American white oak casks – including Aberlour, Ardbeg, Clynelish and Speyburn.

These barrels, roasted and charred with scientific precision, impart aromas of peach, butterscotch, and molasses spice. There is a real art to barrel roasting!

The label features an illustration depicting Paris as a center of innovation in the 17th century, with particular emphasis on the kitchens where Massialot created his masterpieces, most notably crème brûlée.
