From the sunny fields of the Jalisco highlands, ÉLALA Tequila captures the authentic flavor of the carefully selected agave that thrives in the rich, red soils of the region. Each bottle tells a story of tradition and passion, with a semi-sweet texture and rich botanical agave notes that remain discreetly in the aftertaste.

The experienced Jimadores, with years of know-how, carefully collect the heart of the plant – the piña – by removing its leaves in order to preserve the purest substance for distillation. About 7 kilos of piñas are required to produce just 1 liter of this fine tequila.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe agave, olive oil and green fruits such as apple, combined with botanical notes of anise and freshly cut grass.
