The main ingredient of Sakura is a blend of cherry blossoms and leaves. This variety of cherry blossoms is called Yae Sakura (Sekiyama Sakura) and blooms in the southern region of Nagano Province, Japan. Fermentation is carried out with natural salt from the ocean.
