Deptford Dockyard was the Royal Navy’s main Supply Point and beverage depot in 1742. The Shipyard’s warehouse housed 30 tanks that housed 250,000 gallons of aged rum. The Deptord supplied the Fleet with an excellent blend of “Empire” rums from British Navy suppliers located in Demerara (Guyana), Trinidad, Barbados and Jamaica.

While little is known about the Admiralty’s early specifications, “the mix” showed that it had more preference for men. To commemorate the 52nd anniversary of Black Tot Day, Pusser’s presents the limited edition Deptford Dockyard Reserve at Navy proof, with a blend of aged, high-ester spirits from Caribbean countries from Britain’s maritime past.
