An aged spicy rum in the traditional way naval rums are made. Pusser’s Gunpowder (Overproof), with a tradition that lasts over 300 years, is a unique dark premium rum. In the mouth we can distinguish a strong taste of molasses with notes of caramel and honey, while in the nose we distinguish spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The fresh ginger and long aftertaste help a lot to make this aged, spicy rum ideal for tiki cocktails such as Zombie and Mai Tai.

With a long tradition, Pusser’s Navy Rum is the only blended rum created according to the “Royal Navy” specifications. Wooden stills, and a combination of aged dark rums found in Guyana, make Pusser’s Navy Rum rich in flavor and aroma, with pure natural ingredients. The molasses used comes from sugarcane grown in the valley of the Demerara River. This geographical area, “Valley of Navy Rum”, has had a great reputation for producing sugar since 1600.
