A different vermouth from all the others with a very Greek character. Years ago, Hippocrates was the one who dipped wine with herbs, thus creating a small medicine for his patients. The mixture of herbs is difficult to know for sure, but its composition would help the digestive system like today’s digestive. Behind this thought, Vamma was created. A vermouth with a strong character, bitter and sweet elements, flowers, acidity and great complexity.
Its floral notes and the acidity of fresh wines give a completely different basis for “mixing” spices and herbs. Fresh Savatiano with Muscat create the foundations for wormwood with quinine and coriander with lavender. Then the sage and the Cretan carob complete the flavor profile, creating a vermouth that is floral, bitter but at the same time sweet, ideal for all hours of the day.
Our proposals are many… from Vermouth & Tonic… in a classic Martinez… or a White Negroni… And of course plain with ice.
