In 2002, private enterpreneurs lead by Carlos Ferreyros S. and Diego Loret de Mola acquired Bodega San Isidoro, located in the Valley of Ica, district of Pueblo Nuevo, Ica-Peru.

Due to its superb quality, BarSol Acholado has received many awards in multiple competitions in Peru and around the world, due to its great harmony, balance, and brilliance. On the nose, it presents aromas of ripe fruit with light floral notes intensifying on the palate and complimented with hints of spices and pecans. It ends with a soft and delicate finish.
ITALIA is a marvelous artisanal pisco distilled from the best selection of Italia grapes from the Valley of Ica. The Italia grape is also a favorite for its fantastic floral taste and sweetness, especially the ones of the Ica Valley. Hence, BarSol Puro Italia, is extraordinarily aromatic with hints of honeysuckle and lighter notes of rose petals; also of tropical fruits such as melon and ripe pineapple. On the plate, those notes are intensified with citrus hints, with a nice structured full-bodied and elegant finish.
Torontel is a phenomenal artisanal pisco, 100% distilled from the best selection of Torontel grapes of the Ica region. Characterized by the floral presence of jasmine and magnolia in its aroma, they intensify in its flavor in combination with notes of plush black raisins and walnuts. With a fine velvet texture, it has a very soft, light and exquisite finish.
Perfecto Amor, or Perfect Love, is named after the perfect marriage of Pisco and grape juice obtained shortly after the grape crush. Tawny golden in color, Barsol Mistela Perfecto Amor has the nose filled with caramel and nutty aromas to sweet almonds and macadamia nuts, entwined with flavors of raisins, dry apricots and a touch of quince paste.
This aperitif wine is ideal for making cocktails as well as sipping it straight over ice and an orange twist.
