Hayman's

Hayman's London Dry is a double gold award winning gin distilled to a family recipe of 10 botanicals. With unmistakeably classic flavours, it is a perfect partner with tonic and a wedge of lime as well as in some of our favourite gin cocktails.
We steep the botanicals in grain alcohol for a full day prior to distillation which allows the oils and essences from the botanicals to impart in to the alcohol. We carefully ensure that there is a consistent balance of juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel which is vital in creating this traditional style. Orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark and nutmeg give the dry characteristics and add to the depth of flavour.

London Dry

Hayman's London Dry is a double gold award winning gin distilled to a family recipe of 10 botanicals. Steeping the botanicals in grain alcohol for a full day prior to distillation which allows the oils and essences from the botanicals to impart in to the alcohol. A balance of juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel which is vital in creating this traditional style.

Old Tom

Hayman's Old Tom Gin , hand distilled to a family recipe from the 1870s, is an authentic mark of English heritage. A smooth and full flavoured gin, Hayman's Old Tom gin delivers a more rounded and softer profile than the London Dry style.

Royal Dock

The style is bright and bracing but not at all overpowering with a brilliant balance of juniper, coriander and citrus and a softly nuanced mouthfeel.

Gently Rested Gin

Gently Rested Gin is wonderfully smooth, rounded and well-balanced, with peppery and spicy notes from the dominant botanicals – juniper and coriander – adding to its full-flavoured individuality.

Made to reflect the style sold in London’s ornate Gin Palaces in the 1800s, there’s a nod to the tradition that gin was sold from the cask rather than the bottle. Which we achieve by resting the gin in old Scotch Whisky barrels for just three weeks.

Sloe Gin

Hayman's Sloe Gin is a traditional English liqueur made to a long standing family recipe. Wild hand-picked sloe berries, a type of wild plum, are handpicked in the Autumn after the first frosts from the Blackthorn Tree. The early frosts lock in the vital sugary plum notes that define Hayman's Sloe Gin. The sloe berries are gently steeped for several months with Hayman's Gin before blended with natural sugars. The final blend is a rich ruby red liqueur bursting with smooth and intense bitter sweet fruit flavours.
