Delivery takes place throughout Greece.
You can place your orders as follows:
- Through our online store www.theskyspirits.gr. Browse and select the products you are interested in. Place them in your shopping cart, confirm their total, and click checkout.
- By phone call us at 211 411 0552, this service is available from 10:00 – 16:00 from Monday to Friday
Shipping
Courier
Deliveries are made with the courier company ACS for all of Greece. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail to the address you have provided.
Delivery Times (calculating as the start date the date of shipment and not the order and taking into account only the working days).
- Land destinations 1-3 business days
- Island destinations 2-5 days
- Hard-to-reach areas 2-7 days.
Shipping charges are:
- For retail orders under €59.00 the charge is €3.90
- Free Shipping for retail orders over 59,00€
- For the cash on delivery option, the charge is €4.90 (The cash on delivery option is valid only for orders up to €150)
Collection from the Physical Headquarters Offices
The customer can visit the Showroom – Offices of the physical headquarters, at 6 Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, Alimos, and avoid any transportation costs that burden the order.
The delivery times mentioned on the site are indicative and may be modified. The The Sky Spirits Company Ltd cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery or loss of your parcel by the carrier.
In case of non-receipt of the parcel within the indicated deadlines, an enquiry is carried out towards the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no refund or reshipment will be able to take place.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, by phone at 211-411 0552 or by email. info@theskyspirits.gr These comments on the same day or no later than one business day after receipt of your order. Any application made outside this deadline will not be acceptable and exempts the The Sky Spirits Company Ltd. from any liability to the Customer.
Order Cancellation
The cancellation of an order can be accepted as long as the order has not left our warehouse and not from the courier company, which is done on the same day at noon for orders placed until 14:00 and the next day for orders placed after 14.00 of the same day. Otherwise, if it has started and you still do not want to receive the order, you will be charged with its shipping costs. If you have proceeded to pay for the order via account or card, you will need to contact us to refund the amount to your own account after deducting the bank charges and any transfer costs (the amount is refunded within 20 days).
Returns
Given the nature of our products, returns are only possible for defective items. The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the date of delivery to return the products with a refund, free of charge. Returns must be made by registered mail from your place to The Sky Spirits Company Ltd. at 6 Ethnikis Antistaseos Street, Alimos, Greece with a recipient’s charge. All items must be returned intact, in their original condition and from the area to which the order was delivered. The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the return. After submitting your refund, your credit card issuer will process the refund to your account. Processing time can vary significantly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to change this. Exchanges
Any order cannot be processed once it has been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add should be given as a new order. We may have the option to cancel an order or give you the option to replace it as you wish, provided that it has not already been shipped. To cancel or process an order that has been shipped, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible at info@theskyspirits.gr.
