Using flavors that existed in America in the 1800s, Fee Brothers created Rhubarb Bitters for an authentic historical taste.
In 1863, the Fee family opened a small store in New York City. It started as a delicatessen and in a few years became a drink and wine store. At the time of prohibition, the shop managed to survive because it sold the only legal drink, namely church wine. Today, the 4th generation of the Fee family makes excellent quality bitters that take off every cocktail!
